Roll covering

The anti-slip covering of the (drive) roller contributes to a better running belt and prevent the “slippage” of the band.

We can provide your rollers (plastic, steel, stainless steel) with various types of roll covering and with a variety of profiles exactly suitable for your applications and belt type(s) .

We use proven primers and adhesives specifically for the material of the roll and cover.

We can also cover with a “crowning” which is applied for better steering control of the belt .

Our covering materials ranging from conventional PVC with cotton back …. to a full rubber FDA approved blue profile for food processors with very wet circumstances. We can also provide the rollers with vulcanized rubber or full PU.
