- Suction cups / belts
We can also produce your so-called suction belts to move various types of bread and buns. The suction cups and the retainer clips we also have on stock.
We supply 2 types of suction cups:
B40MD dark blue (detectable, food grade, more rigid for the more smooth surfaced bread types)
MG40MD light blue (detectable, food grade, flexible for bread with seeds on the surface or a patron)
- Timing belts
Used for transportation of products that need to be precisely transported at a certain speed or distance or where the product needs to be placed at a certain point with the slightest of margins.
- Endless woven belts
Strong belts woven endless from various types of fabric with no joint or fastener. Can be supplied with Silicone or PU covers (Whole cheese transport) and PU impregnations on the bottom side. We can also provide the belts with various types of guide ropes/strips.
- Teflon / PTFE belts
Used for transportation of hot products straight out of the oven. Or (in combination) that are very sticky but need to be easily released.
- Transport ropes
Ropes in PVC or PU rounded or in V-guide. Various diameters and trapezoidal sizes.
Smooth or rough options to be determent for your specific application(s).
- Closures
Various 1-ply or solid PVC/PU closure belt material. Flexible to lean on the belt without letting any product get of the belt.
We also have an aluminium profile on stock for easy attachment on the conveyor and can provide the closure material with an accessory to fit the profile for easy fitting/replacement.
