New machine for reinforced cleats in use

The by Auto-tec developed and manufactured cleats production machine was finished, tested and ready for use.

With this we can almost automatically produce the different fabric reinforced cleats (SF / AF / SFK types) and practically make the cleats infinitely long. This way way of producing also gives a lot of room on the other machine(s) where this happened and where someone had to be constantly present.

Prevalent is approximately 2 to 3 meters and 20 to 100 mm high. That’s a significant improvement over the old way where 1 mtr. length was the maximum and the production time now is faster.
